What is a credit?
What AI actions draw on. A "why this fits" costs 1, a tailored checklist 2, a brainstorm fit-note pass 2, and a turn in the Application Writer 5. They reset to your plan's full allowance every month and don't roll over.
Does the yearly plan give me a year of credits up front?
No — and it's worth saying plainly. You're billed once for the year, but credits stay monthly: you get your plan's allowance, refreshed on the same date each month. The yearly saving is on the price, not the allowance.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your plan page. You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account moves to Free. On a yearly plan that period is the year — cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the remaining months, which is the trade for the lower price.
What happens to my work if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Client workspaces are kept and come back if you upgrade again. Application drafts are stored in your own browser rather than on your account, so export anything you'd be upset to lose.
Does paying improve my chances of getting a grant?
No, and nobody can honestly promise that. Grantiv ranks how well programs fit your organisation and helps you write the application. Whether you're eligible is the funder's decision, made against their own criteria, and lodgement always happens through the grant's own official portal.
